Spent $11,000, two years later I bring the ring in because 8 out of 10 stones are loose. First thing they ask is did you buy the extended warrantee? Now they want to charge me to have the settings tightened. After spending $11,000 you would think they would back up their "quality" product. My recommendation go to Hannoush Jewelers where they back up their product and value your business.
